The hotel's position was great and stunning, close to dining options Hula Grill, Leilani, Monkeypod, Choice healthbar at the Whalers Village a 5 minute walk away and which is where everyone else on the beach has to trudge down to to snorkel and Close to local golf courses. The rooms they have were contemporary and newly renovated with a beautiful view across the resort and fridge, as for instance.

The check-in process was smooth, with helpful staff like Noah at the front desk. We got a great room with an ocean view and enjoyed the beautiful resort. The pool was amazing, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The food at the poolside bar and grill was excellent. The location was perfect, and we even had the chance to see giant turtles up close. a much-needed family fun time at Sheraton.

The rooms are perfectly clean with a stunning view. Great to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

It's a stunningly beautiful hotel altogether, the service is amazing. The breakfast is very very good and outstanding, offered with omelet station and natural juices and including a made to order egg.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Trilogy Ocean Sports. The rooms are brand-new with white fluffy linens and a king bed. Breakfast is complimentary.

Had a fantastic time here on vacation! The weather was perfect 🌞. Our room was modern, clean, and had incredible views. The bedding was so crisp and white, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

The room was contemporary and recently renovated, with pay television, a safe box, and a fridge. The beds with feather pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Wonderful and gorgeous location right by the oceanfront, met expectations. The continental breakfast was the reason I will be returning here soon.

Wonderful low cost hotel with excellent views to a lovely ocean view. Quick check in and late check out. The pool area was amazing too. Stunning location at a moderate distance from a whale museum. Reasonably priced and high quality food for breakfast.

The upgraded room had a beautiful view and the resort was spacious and quiet. The location was fantastic for snorkeling at Black Rock and the free transfer bus to Lahaina was very convenient.

Terrible hotel, we arrive at 2.30 and r informed we had to wait til 3pm before they could check us in. Upon checking entering our room we discover 2 doublebeds instead of a king size bed. Once we've been given a new room we enter to find it very unclean. Other peoples hairs lying in the bathroom, loads of dust and decor is very outdated! All sales/concierge staff r very pushy trying to make a sale out of u and dont seem to listen. Only thing good about this hotel is location to the beach, outdoor pool and fitness centre. Everything else is terrible! Just didnt feel comfortable especially due to the uncleanliness of the room.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with great snorkeling opportunities. We loved spending time by the pool, especially with the lazy river and mini slide - it was so much fun! The staff here were exceptional, especially the guest services manager and the valet parking service. They were so accommodating and recognized us for our loyalty. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the extra amenities like the in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. this place provided us with an enjoyable and luxurious experience.
